Each topic has its own search scope, treatment and mailbox. Safety topics carry risk. Operations topics stay on summaries and procedures.

Country, mine and department are fields on the person. Recorders submit audio. Everyone else only receives.
Recording history
Kept like CCTV — long enough to audit whether ideas were followed. Retention is configurable.

Every digest that left the plant — operations, safety, or any topic you add.
